Salmon - 500 gr, Honey - 2 tbsp, Olive oil - 2 tbsp, Soy sauce - 1.5 tbsp, Lemons - 0.5 pcs, Wheat flour - 2 tbsp, Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste, Green onions - to taste

							In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce with a fork until smooth. 
 
							 
							
							
							Salt salmon steaks and season with black pepper. 
 
							 
							
							
							Plan the steaks in flour. Shake off the excess. 
 
							 
							
							
							Grease the salmon steaks with honey soy sauce. 
 
							 
							
							
							In a large non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil over a medium heat. The fire must be measured throughout the cooking process. If the pan is hot, the icing will burn. Fry the salmon steaks for 4 minutes on each side. The crust should be golden brown and caramel.
