1. Boil the eggs, beets and carrots.
2. Cool the eggs and cut them in half. Remove the yolks. Open them with a fork.
3. Peel the prepared vegetables and grate them over a coarse grater. Shave finely luch.
4. In a bowl, combine the yolks with the onions, carrots and beetroot. Add the mayonnaise and stir.
5. Cut the herring into pieces, remove the bones.
6. Fill the proteins with vegetable mass. Top with pieces of herring. Decorate with herbs.
