How to make pita bread with cottage cheese and herbs? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take the pita bread fresh and as thin as possible - then it will be better saturated with filling. Cottage cheese, like sour cream, can have any fat content. Just take into account that this will eventually change the calorie content of the dish. From the greens, I chose dill, but in general put the one I love. Like spices - they can be anything.
Prepare the filling. How to make a filling? First of all, do the greens. Wash it, dry it well with paper towels, and then chop it finely.
Peel the garlic cloves and pass through the press. Take a bowl and mix sour cream, cottage cheese, herbs and garlic in it. If you get coarse cottage cheese, then try punching it with a submerged blender to make the filling more uniform and smudge better.
Add salt, pepper, mix all the ingredients. Try the curd mass, add seasonings if necessary. The filling is ready.
Cut pita bread into 4 equal parts. It is most convenient to do this with culinary scissors.
Put 2-3 tablespoons of filling on each piece of pita bread. Spread it evenly over the entire surface.
Roll the pieces of pita bread with tubes. In general, you can not bother with cutting pita bread into rectangles, but rinse the filling with a whole pita bread and roll it up.
Cut the resulting tubes (or a whole pita bean) into small pieces, ranging in size from 3 to 5 cm. The snack is ready, but it is better to hold it a little in the refrigerator so that the pita bean soaks well. Then serve it on the table. Enjoy your meal!
