How do you make breaded chicken breasts in a pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Take chicken breasts without bones, only fillet. Rinse it in running water and dry it with paper towels for excess moisture.
Prepare three bowls. In the first, break the eggs, add salt and spices. Shake with a whisk to make the egg mass uniform. Pour the flour into the second bowl. Add to it, as well as a little salt and spice. Mix. And in a third bowl, pour the breadcrumbs.
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and beat a little with a cooking hammer. When batting, cover the meat with clingfilm. Thanks to this, the edges of the pieces will not tear and will not fly splatter from meat.
Roll each piece of meat in flour. Then dip in the egg mixture and plan in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the frying pan to hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Place the chicken meat in a breaded pan and pan and fry over a low heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. There is no need to make a big fire. The meat should have time to cook inside and not burn outside.
Fried chicken will become a mouth-watering golden color.
