How to fry Albanian chicken breasts? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. To cook, take chicken breast fillet. You can use other parts of chicken, but without bones.
Rinse the chicken meat in running water, and then dry with paper towels from excess moisture. Then cut the meat very finely and transfer to a spacious bowl.
Peel, rinse and finely chop the onions. Add the chopped onions and starch to the bowl to the chopped chicken.
Next, add the mayonnaise and egg.
Pass the garlic through the press immediately into the bowl. Add salt and spices to taste. As spices, I take paprika and some ground pepper. But you can swap spices for your favourites. You can add fragrant dried herbs.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly together until smooth.
Heat the frying pan to hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Spoon the meat mass immediately into the hot oil. Fry over a low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
The meat should become a mouth-watering golden color.
