Red fish - 500 gr, Cream - 200 ml, Hard cheese - 100 gr, Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
Prepare the ingredients. To make red fish with cream, we'll need: red fish; cheese; cream; black ground pepper and salt.
Wash the red, dry and cut into portion steaks.
Salt the fish, pepper and put in a pan.
Pour cream into the pan. Put on a slow heat. Languish for about 10 minutes.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Sprinkle the fish generously with cheese.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the fish in cream for about 5 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
Serve the fish hot. Enjoy your meal!
