Garlic battered crab sticks

Garlic battered crab sticks... 4 servings
30 min

1. Prepare the batter: - break the egg into a bowl, pour in the milk, add the salt, soda and pepper; - pour flour in parts, each time stirring the mass with a whisk so that there are no lumps; The batter should be thick, so if the egg was large, it could turn out to be liquid. In this case, more flour should be added.

2. Prepare the filling: - rub the cheese in a separate container; - wash dill and grind it with a knife; - mix dill and cheese, add mayonnaise; - peel the garlic and squeeze it through the press, add it to the cheese mixture; - put salt and pepper, mix everything thoroughly.

3. Crab sticks (they should be chilled, not frozen) unfold, sprinkle lemon juice on the inside surface, put the filling in a thin layer, roll back into the roll. Do this with all the crab sticks, then cut each one across into 2 pieces.

4. Make each piece battered and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden. Then put the finished ones in a dish covered with a paper towel to remove excess fat. Serve the dish with your favorite sauces. Treat yourself to a pleasant appetite!
