Sausage and cheese toast bread baskets

Onions - 1 pc., Sausage and sausages - 200 g, Greens - to taste, Hard cheese - 150 g, Chicken eggs - 3 pcs., Milk - 100 ml, Pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp., Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp., Greens - to taste
Clean the onions and cut into a small cube.
Finely chop the sausage.
Fry the onions in vegetable oil until soft.
Add sausage to the onion, mix and fry for a couple of minutes.
Cut circles from bread with a glass.
Roll the bread circles a little with a rolling pin.
Lubricate muffin moulds with oil. Put bread in them. Put the bread for 3 minutes in a hot oven 180 degrees.
Put the filling in bread molds.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Beat the eggs with milk, add pepper, salt to taste and add chopped parsley greens.
Mix everything.
Pour the sandwiches with this pour.
Send to the oven for 7-10 minutes. Remove the molds from the oven and cool a little.
Carefully remove sandwiches from the moulds. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve. Enjoy your meal!
