Cuban cuisine isn't just about great food, combining African, Spanish and local culinary traditions. It is also famous for its many cocktails, the basis of which is usually rum (this is the national Cuban drink). I will briefly describe the culinary recipe for one of them. The recipe for the cocktail, called Strawberry Daiquiri, was invented by mining engineer Jennigs Cox, an American who, enraged by the Cuban heat, decided to mix rum along with sour lime juice, and pour ice cubes into the resulting mixture. However, Ernest Hemingway made the drink truly legendary. The drink is very popular with strawberries. The cooking method is not original, it is enough to place all the components of this cocktail in a blender and beat well. Naturally, the drink should be consumed with ice. It is invested in a blender directly with components. Serving this cocktail is not bad in a margarita glass, which, of course, needs to be decorated with a slice of lemon. The drink drinks well on a summer hot day on the seaside and you can see for yourself now.
