Potatoes - 800 gr, Table salt - 1 tea liter, Dry spices - 1 tea liter, Sunflower oil - 5 tbsp, Water - 100 ml
We will prepare the required number of products according to the list. We rinse the potatoes well with a brush, but do not clean the skin.
Peel garlic cloves, rinse dill.
We cut washed potato tubers into large wedges, if the potatoes are not large, it is enough to cut them into 4 parts along.
Sprinkle salt and spices on the potatoes.
Pour sunflower oil over the potatoes.
Mix the potatoes with spices, salt and oil well.
We put the prepared potatoes in the bowl of the slow cooker.
Install a bowl with potatoes in a slow cooker, do not cover it with a lid.
We turn on the frying program, in this model we turn on the chicken cooking mode, the time is 12 minutes.
Fry potatoes for 12 minutes, stirring 3-4 times so that they brown on all sides.
While the potatoes are fried, we pass garlic through the press.
When the frying program is over, add garlic to the potatoes.
We pour half a cup of water into the bowl of the multicooker.
Close the multicooker with a lid.
We turn on the program for extinguishing or cooking porridge, pilaf for 13 minutes.
Meanwhile, finely chop the dill.
When the slow cooker shakes, we release steam from it and lift the lid. The potatoes are ready.
We arrange hot potatoes in a rustic way on plates, sprinkle with crushed dill and serve on the table.
