Potatoes - 250 gr, Hard cheese - 35 gr, Chicken eggs - 1 pc., Milk - 2 tbsp., Wheat flour - 50 gr., Breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp., Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp., Dry spices - to taste, Salt - to taste
Prepare all products.
Beat the egg with milk and salt.
Add 2 tbsp flour and mix well with a whisk. Leave the rest of the flour for breading.
Rub the potatoes on a fine grater and squeeze the juice.
Add spices, salt and 1 tbsp. cooked batter.
Cut the cheese into cubes, it will be needed for filling.
Put a piece of cheese in a spoon of potato mass and roll the ball. Roll the balls in flour.
Dip the ball in batter, it is convenient to get out with a fork.
Roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry the balls in hot oil until golden.
