Pork carbonate in a pan
2 servings30 min
Pork - 250 grams, Vegetable oil - 20 grams, Garlic - 3 teeth, Thyme, thyme - 1 tea liter, Butter - 30 grams, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
How to make pork carbonate in a pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Rinse pork carbonate in running water and dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture from it.
Cut the carbonate into portions, across the fibres, 1. 5-2cm thick. Beat the meat a little with a kitchen hammer. To prevent meat at the edges when beating, cover it with cling film.
Sprinkle each piece with salt and ground pepper. Rub salt and pepper into the meat on both sides.
To cook, take a completely metal frying pan to put in the oven. Heat the pan to hot and pour in some vegetable oil. Place the meat in the pan and fry it over high heat on two sides until golden brown. It is not necessary to fry meat until ready. Just fry outside to seal all the juices inside the piece. It will take 3-4 minutes.
Melt the butter separately. Peel several cloves of garlic and pass through the press immediately into the bowl to the melted oil. Add the salt and thyme.
Pour the fried meat directly into the pan with the spiced butter and garlic.
On top of the meat, you can put more garlic cloves. Place the pan of meat in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 15-20 minutes. Navigate your oven.
After baking, the meat will decrease slightly in size and brown. Remove the pan from the oven, transfer the meat to a plate and serve. Enjoy your meal!
