They are combined with almost any other products in our case with canned tuna and pickled cucumbers. During the preparation of canapés, the longest is boiling of hard-boiled chicken eggs. Many doctors advise washing chicken eggs with soap before boiling in order to avoid pathogenic microbes like salmonella, which can be on the surface of the egg shell. Cook chicken eggs in water for 15 minutes from the moment the water boils over a medium heat. The yolk of eggs must be well boiled so as not to be liquid, but at the same time prolonged cooking can affect the appearance of the yolk, it will acquire a bluish hue, and will not look beautiful at the snack. Immerse the chicken eggs in a container of ice water and leave until cooled. We take chicken eggs out of the water, clean them from shells and cut them into circles. For making canapés, you can use any bakery products: white or rye bread, loaf, baguette or bread buns. The size of pieces has to correspond to the size of pieces of other components of a canape. Cut the bread into pieces so that it is easier to cut and not crumble, it is better to use a slightly dried bread. From pieces of bread, using a cookie cutter, cut circles or simply cut them into squares. The bread base for canape can optionally be dried in the oven or in a dry pan. We open a can of canned tuna, drain the liquid, knead the fish with a fork into a pate. Spread pieces of bread with fish pate. Instead of pate, you can use cream or melted cheese or ready-made pate, chicken eggs are combined with many products. Cut the pickled cucumber into thin circles and spread them on bread and spread. Top the sandwiches with pieces of chicken eggs. Hold sandwiches together with skewers. The snack is ready, it will take its rightful place on any festive table or act as an original addition to breakfast, lunch or dinner. We decorate the canape with fresh greens and serve it to the table!
