It is very easy and even exciting to cook fruit canapés. Little family members are probably happy to connect to this pleasant process. So, we prepare ingredients and skewers in advance, as well as decor, for example, in the form of beads. Or you can already immediately take beautiful decorated skewers. Peaches are peeled, cut into cubes of about
1. 5-2 cm on the side. In cold times, you can take canned peaches, only they will also need to be peeled. And it is necessary that they are dense, tough, not falling apart into porridge. Carefully fold the peach cubes into a bowl. Pineapples are peeled, cut into pieces commensurate with peaches. Put the pineapple cubes in another bowl. We prepare cranberries, also putting them in a separate bowl. It is better to take fresh cranberries, if they are frozen, they need to be taken out of the freezer in advance so that they defrost naturally. Clean the kiwi by cutting off a thin layer of skin. Cut the flesh into the same size cubes as all other ingredients. We also shift them into a separate bowl. We do it extremely carefully. You can leave chopped pieces of kiwi right on the cutting board. Let's move on to the most interesting stage - stringing fruits on skewers: first we put cranberries, poking them neatly in the center, then a piece of kiwi, then a peach, the last lower piece will be a pineapple. We arrange the ready-made canapés on a beautiful wide dish. If desired, we decorate, for example, with fresh berries, mint sprigs, physalis, etc. Have a pleasant appetite and fun holidays!
