How to braise squid with onions and carrots? Let's start by preparing a squid carcass. It must, firstly, be thawed, because most often they lie in our freezer.
And, secondly, clean, removing the insides, the ridge and removing the films. It is enough to dip in boiling water for a second or hold the carcass in it, and the chitin film is removed without difficulty.
Next, we cut a squid carcass onto non-white rings.
Carrots are one of the main components in this dish. It must be washed, peeled, washed again and, having dried, adjusted in any format.
Onions are another key ingredient in this recipe. After peeling the onion, rinsing and draining it, we rub it in half rings.
You can put a frying pan (or sauté pan, saucepan) on the gas and, when it warms up, pour oil into it - so that it covers the entire surface. Let's send onions here first.
As soon as the onion becomes slightly clear, add carrots here. Actually, if the amount of ingredients is small, you can fry everything together.
After drying the vegetables for about 5 minutes, we will send circles of squid to them.
