Zucchini baked with cheese in the oven
4 servings30 min
Young zucchini - 500 grams, Sour cream - 100 grams, Hard cheese - 70 grams, Garlic - 1 tooth, Salt - 0.5 tea liters, Dill - 20 grams
Prepare these products. Squash is suitable for young people with a thin skin, you can take one medium or, like mine, two small ones. Sour cream can be taken of any fat content, hard cheese (I have Parmesan), but you can choose any to your taste. Garlic I indicate one clove, but you can add more, also to your taste. Prepare the tin or baking tray and turn on to heat the oven 180 degrees.
Wash the courgettes and dry with a towel. Cut into circles 0. 5 centimeters thick. Put a baking dish or baking tray with baking paper and put courgette circles on it. Mugs of courgette can be salted separately, but you don't have to salt, because there will also be salt in the sour cream and garlic cap.
Peel the garlic and pass through the press. Extract the cheese from the package and grate on medium grate. Mix fresh sour cream with crushed garlic and grated cheese, add a little salt. Put 0. 5-1 tablespoon (depending on the diameter of the courgette mug) of the sour cream-cheese mixture on each courgette mug.
When preparing such a dish from zucchini, you can sprinkle zucchini with chopped dill greens before baking, or you can do this after cooking. I made two options, and zucchini with fresh herbs (not baked with zucchini) seemed fragrant and tastier to me. For the first option, at this step, sprinkle each circle of courgette with crushed greens. Put the zucchini tin in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
