Some hostesses fry courgettes, having previously rolled them in wheat flour, but in this case it is better not to do this. Firstly, the dish will turn out to be more caloric, and secondly, the flour in the pan will begin to burn and can spoil the taste of the dish with an unpleasant hill.
Heat the oil, put the cooked courgette circles on it. Fry them over medium heat until ruddy on both sides. Then cover the pan and keep the courgettes on fire for a few more minutes to make them soft and juicy inside. If necessary, add oils. If there is little oil in the pan, then the courgettes will turn out to be dry and tough, and can also burn.
