How to bake zucchini with tomatoes and garlic in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose a young zucchini so that it has a soft peel and has not yet ripened seeds. If the courgette is small, then you can take 2 pcs. By the number of ingredients, focus on your taste. Also choose cheese at your discretion, the main thing is that it melts well in the oven.
Wash the selected courgette thoroughly in running water against contaminants. Cut off his ponytails on both sides. Cut the courgette into circles, approximately 1 cm thick.
Preheat the pan to hot and pour in some vegetable oil. Place the chopped courgette circles and fry them over high heat on two sides for 1-2 minutes on each side. Zucchini will begin to brown a little.
Cover the baking tray with parchment and place the fried courgettes. Sprinkle a little with salt and spices. As a spice, I take a mixture of ground peppers. But you can use something of your own, such as paprika or dried herbs.

Remove the ready-made squash with tomatoes from the oven, transfer to a plate and serve. You can sprinkle a little with fresh greens. Nice treat!
