Zucchini - 400 gr, Hard cheese - 200 gr, Vegetable oil - 6 tbsp, Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp, Parsley - 1 gr, Garlic - 2 teeth.
For each fried piece of courgette, lay out a small amount of the resulting mass. In principle, our dish is ready, but you can go further and put the courgettes in three layers, rinsing the second layer with filling, and leaving the third so. I made just such turrets, came out beautiful and original.
