Clean the washed courgettes from the skin, cut off the tips and cut into circles of small thickness. If the courgette is young, then the peel can not be cleaned.
Fry the courgette pieces in a preheated frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil until golden brown, first on one side. They do not fry with medium heat.
Turn them over to the other side and cook them to readiness and softness. This is how they turn out.

Peel and squeeze the garlic through the press, or you can also grate it on a fine grater or grind it with a knife.
Mine and grind parsley. If for some reason you do not like parsley, you can safely replace it with dill. Mix garlic, cheese, herbs in a deep bowl.

Put pieces of courgettes on a flat plate in one layer.
For each fried piece of courgette, lay out a small amount of the resulting mass. In principle, our dish is ready, but you can go further and put the courgettes in three layers, rinsing the second layer with filling, and leaving the third so. I made just such turrets, came out beautiful and original.
