Mushrooms in cream with cheese in the oven

Champignons - 300 g, Onions - 1 pc., Cream - 200 ml, Hard cheese - 50 g, Wheat flour - 1 table, Vegetable oil - 20 g, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
How to make mushrooms in cream with cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For cooking, I will use champignons. They can be of any size. Small fungi can not be cut at all. Choose cheese for your taste.
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Preheat the pan to hot and pour in some vegetable oil. Place the chopped onions and fry for 1-2 minutes until clear.
Rinse the champignons well in running water against contamination. Put the small mushrooms whole in a pan to the onion. Cut the large ones into 2-4 parts. It is not necessary to cut mushrooms very finely - they will decrease in size. Fry the mushrooms with the onions for a couple more minutes.
Then sprinkle the mushrooms with flour. Add salt and some spices to taste. Mix everything.
Prepare the baking dish. It can be glass, silicone or like mine - ceramic. Transfer the mushrooms from the pan to the tin. Pour over the cream.
Pour cream over all the fungi. You can sprinkle ground pepper on top. Place the tin in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. During baking, mushrooms will decrease in size.
2-3 minutes before the end of the roasting, sprinkle the mushrooms with grated cheese.
The cheese will have time to melt. Remove the ready-made champignons in cream and cheese from the oven and can be served immediately. Enjoy your meal!
