Cream can be used of any fat content. The higher the fat content, the creamier the taste of the finished dish will be. And fatty cream can be diluted with water. Choose cheese for your taste, but the taste and gravidity of gravy depends on it.
Wash fresh champignons well against contamination. We will cook small mushrooms whole. Large fungi will need to be cut into 2-6 parts.
