Hot salmon and cheese rolls

1. Rinse and boil rice, on a low heat for 5 minutes. Cool and add vinegar, sugar and salt to it.
2. Put a nori leaf on the mat, with a smooth side down, and distribute with our fingers on top of the fig. Leave the edges on the sides free.
3. Put fish fillet and soft cheese cut into wedges on a layer of rice in the middle.
4. Roll up, cut into 8 parts. Put on top of a slice of hard cheese.
5. We cook rolls in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. As the cheese melts on top, our rolls are ready.
