How to make a chicken and mushroom scam in a frying pan? First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Instead of chicken fillet, you can take meat from the thighs without bone.
Wash the mushrooms, dry with a paper or other towel and cut into plates.
Wash the chicken fillet and also dry. This is necessary in order to remove excess moisture, with which the meat will not be fried, but stewed. Cut the fillet into medium pieces.
Grate the cheese over a coarse grater.
In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter and vegetable oil.
Put the chicken in a pan with the butter and fry it until half cooked for about 7 minutes. First, water will be released from the meat; when it evaporates, the chicken will acquire a golden crust. Transfer the fried chicken pieces to a plate.
In the same pan, warm up another 1 tablespoon of vegetable and butter. Put the champignons in the pan and fry until golden.
Return the chicken fillet to the mushrooms in the pan.
Fry the champignons and chicken together until tender for about 10 minutes over a medium heat. At the end, add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the cream into the pan and mix. Warm everything together for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the julienne with the grated cheese.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
Spread the julien on plates, sprinkle with fresh greens and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
