Prepare the necessary ingredients. What prawns to choose? For this dish, boiled peeled and unpeeled shrimp are suitable.
Defrost the seafood by transferring it from the freezer to the bottom shelf of the fridge beforehand. Throw it in a colander so that the glass has extra liquid.
Pour vegetable oil with a high steaming temperature (olive or sunflower) into the pan. Warm up well. Lay out the shrimp and fry lightly for 2-3 minutes, stirring over a medium heat.
Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, knife-crushed or garlic cloves passed through the press. Mix the mixture well.
When the prawns take on a slightly golden color and the excess liquid evaporates a little, you can remove the pan from the heat. The prawns are ready for beer. Cool and serve.
