Kiwi can be replaced with any other fruit you like to your liking. We take products according to the list. I have a white baguette. You can take ordinary white or black bread, but the baguette still looks more presentable and is just cut into oval slices.
Cut the baguette into medium-thick slices. The main thing is that it does not crumble. Put the pieces on a dry frying pan and fry first on one side until a golden crisp forms.
Turn and fry on the other side to the same signs. You can dry the blanks in a toaster or bake a grill in a pan, then characteristic brown stripes form on them.
We clean the garlic, pass it through a press and mix it with mayonnaise. Take mayonnaise with good fat content (50 or 67%) and good taste that will not spoil sandwiches.
Clean the kiwi from the skin (cut it as thin as possible, take a sharp knife with a thin blade for this) and cut into thin circles. Kiwi should be taken without overspending so that they remain intact and neat when cut.
Spread our toast with a thin and uniform layer of the obtained mixture of garlic and mayonnaise. We put a piece of kiwi on the smeared sandwiches.
