1. Pour Greek yogurt into the bowl, add a tablespoon of honey, as well as vanilla extract. Stir everything together with a whisk to distribute the added ingredients evenly in the yoghurt.
2. Clean the kiwi, cut into cubes.
3. Pineapple also cut into cubes proportionately kiwi.
4. Chop the almonds with a knife.
4. Prepare 4 glasses, in each of which lay out the components in layers: honey-yogurt mixture, pineapples, almonds, kiwi. Then we duplicate the layers if the container is not already full.
5. On top, pour each glass with parfait with the remaining honey, sprinkle with nuts. Enjoy on health!
