If you have a whole fish, clear it of scales, remove the fins and head, gut it. Along the ridge, cut the carcass to the spine. Turn over on a barrel. Cut the meat from the ridge bone with a sharp knife. Turn the carcass to the other side and cut the fillet on the other side. Remove the skin from the fillet with a knife. Rinse under a stream of water and wet with paper towels. Turn on the oven 200 degrees in advance.
Spread the finished fillet onto plates and pour over the same sauce before serving. The dish is quite self-sufficient, but you can make a side dish of boiled rice or potatoes. Additionally, you can serve lemon cut into wedges. Lemon juice will soften the sweetness of the sauce. Serve the dish immediately hot. It is very tasty and chilled, infused in the same sauce.
