Just two simple ingredients - sugar and juice. I have pineapple juice.
Pour strictly 80 grams of sugar into a glass container and add 20 ml of any juice or compote. Put in the microwave for 2 minutes 20 seconds, power 800W.
When the microwave turns off, carefully (because the jar is hot) take out the container and give 10-15 seconds to settle the bubbles)
We take a silicone mold, you don't need to lubricate it, fill it with our syrup and put it in the refrigerator for freezing.
After the sweets are completely cooled - we easily take them out of the mold and enjoy them))))))
