Black bread garlic croutons in a skillet with sprats

Sprats - 80 grams, Black bread - 6 grams, Eggs - 2 pcs., Tomatoes - 1 pc., Pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs., Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp., Garlic - 1 tooth., Lettuce - 6 pcs.
Prepare products. Boil the eggs after boiling the water for 8 - 10 minutes. Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves.
Lightly dry slices of bread in a dry pan or oven to be soft inside and crisp.
Finely grate the eggs, cut into wedges of cucumber and tomato. Grind the garlic and mix with mayonnaise. Lightly grate the surface of the dried bread with garlic.
Add mayonnaise with garlic to the grated eggs, mix.
We prepare croutons: We put a leaf of lettuce on the prepared bread, gently level the egg mixture on the salad. Then we put a slice of tomato and cucumber, and a fish on top.
