Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool. We dry pieces of white bread in a toaster or oven (optional), grease with melted cream cheese (I had Viola with pieces of salami). On top, lay out halves of cherry tomatoes in the form of an eight. We decorate with sprigs of greenery. We make mimosa flowers from a crumbled yolk. Delicious! BEAUTIFUL!
