How do you make sandwiches with sprats, melted cheese and egg? Very simple and fast. First, prepare all the necessary ingredients on the list. Instead of a baguette, you can use a regular loaf or rye bread. Optionally, you can add finely chopped greens and garlic passed through the press to the melted cheese.
Cut the baguette obliquely with slices 1-1. 5 cm thick.
Remove the sprats from the jar and shake off the oil. If you want to make the dish even cheaper, you can use a shop spruce pate instead of whole sprats.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel. Cut each egg into thin circles. Instead of slicing the eggs into circles, you can grate them on a fine grater. And in this form mix with melted cheese. Or lay the grated egg on top of the melted cheese.
Rinse the baguette slices with melted cheese. If desired, bread can be pre-dried in a toaster or in a dry pan. But in this case, the bread will definitely need to be cooled to room temperature, otherwise the cheese on the warm bread will float.
For each slice of loaf, arrange a circle of boiled egg. The egg can be replaced or supplemented with other vegetables, for example, tomatoes, leeks or ordinary onions, iceberg lettuce leaves, etc.
Put one smoked fish on sandwiches. Lay fresh parsley nearby.
Serve sandwiches immediately to the table, garnishing with cherry tomatoes. Enjoy your meal!
