Black bread sprat sandwiches

Curd cheese - 5 tbsp, Green onions - 10 gr, Eggs - 1 pc., Salt - to taste, Black bread - 70 gr, Sprots - 110 gr, Dill - to taste, Pickles - 65 gr
First, you need to mix classic-flavored curd cheese with finely chopped spring onions. Add salt. If there is a desire, you can slightly pepper to taste. I didn't do that.
Boil the egg to a hard-boiled state. Cool to avoid burning your hands and clean the shells. Grate the egg on a fine grater and add to the bowl with the curd cheese. Mix the mixture. The spread is ready!
Salted cucumber must be cut into very thin slices. I did it with a vegetable peeler. Therefore, my slices turned out to be the same thickness.
Cut black bread into small thin slices. The size of the slice must be approximately the same to fit the sprats.
Spread each slice of bread with prepared curd cheese. Do not spare the spread, it will give the snack a pleasant creamy taste. On my slices of bread, I applied a tablespoon of spread with a slide.
Now you need to twist the cucumber slices with a spiral and put them on sandwiches. If you fold the spirals down, they will not spin.
It is necessary to prepare sprays for supply. I suggest cutting off the tails and visible fins. You can leave the fish with a tail (it will not feel in the dish), but personally I think it does not look very appetizing. For each sandwich, you will need to put a couple of sprats. Garnish the sandwiches with a sprig of fresh dill before serving.
