Pike calf sandwiches

Just a couple of steps and sandwiches with pike caviar are ready: - we cut bread into pieces of triangular shape; - fry each blank in a dry pan (the pan is hot and absolutely dry, without a drop of oil) on both sides until ruddy; - let the toast cool a little and put some cheese on each piece; - next to it we put caviar with pike; - put sandwiches on a beautiful dish and decorate with herbs. That's all! Easy! Have a good holiday!
