Bread - 150 grams, Red fish - 100 grams, Curd cheese - 180 grams, Lemons - 0.5 pcs., Olives - 6 pcs., Greens - to taste
If your bread is not in the cut, then cut it into pieces 1-1. 5cm wide. Slightly dry it in any way. I spread the pieces on a baking sheet and put it literally for three minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C. Inside it should stay soft, and outside it should become crisp. You can also fry bread in a pan or toaster.
Spread the cheese on the bread. I don't regret the spread, I mash in a thick layer, but this is a matter of taste - you can make a completely thin layer. You can also transfer the cheese mass to a pastry bag and deposit it using a shaped nozzle. In this case, I advise you to add a little soft butter to the cheese so that it is convenient to squeeze the spread out of the bag - one cheese seemed to me too hard for this.
Spread pieces of fish into cheese the way fantasy tells you. You can twist roses out of them or make a snake like mine. Or you can just put the fish on top. Additionally, decorate the sandwiches as desired. Lemon, olives, capers, sprigs of greens, cranberry berries, cucumber are suitable. Serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
