How do you make avocado sandwiches with red fish and curd cheese? Prepare the products. Any smallish red fish is suitable. You can take any type of bread, baguette, bread as a basis. Or you can cook assorted and then each guest will make a choice himself. Take avocados soft, ripe, such fruits are more oily. If the avocado is quite hard, then it has not yet matured and can mustard. I prefer soft curd cream cheese, without additives.
Make sandwiches. Spread a thin layer of light pure cheese on pieces of bread (or other base), retreat from the edge of 1cm and apply a mixture of cheese with avocado using a pastry bag, put slices of fish on top. Garnish with a sprig of greens, pieces of avocado, cucumber. It is good to use caviar, shrimp, olives or olives, capers to decorate.
Do not cut bread for sandwiches too thick or thin, 1. 5cm will be just right. But the shape and size of the pieces can be done by anyone. For a daily table, they can be standard, for a festive one, small, exquisitely decorated and served on a large dish will look beautiful.
