Bruschetta with avocado and shrimp

Bread - 100 gr, Vegetable oil - 1 tbl, Mayonnaise - 75 gr, Avocado - 1 pc., Lemons - 1 pc., Garlic - 1 zubch., Lemon juice - 1 tbl., Salt - to taste, Parsley - 3 gr., Shrimp - 200 gr., Butter - 1 tbl.
How do you make bruschetta with avocados and shrimp? Very simple and fast. First, prepare all the necessary ingredients on the list. Instead of a baguette, you can use a regular loaf.
Cut the baguette obliquely with slices 1-1. 5 cm thick
Place the bread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with vegetable oil. I do it with a silicone brush.
Dry in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 5-7 minutes until slightly golden. The exact time depends on your oven. I baked on the top-bottom mode with convection. Instead of baking in the oven, you can dry bread in a dry pan on both sides.
Now prepare the necessary ingredients for the filling. Shrimp can be replaced with slices of red, slightly salted or smoked fish.
Clean the shrimp from the head and shell, leaving the ponytails for beauty if desired.
In a frying pan over a medium heat, heat the butter and brown the shrimp on both sides.
Peel and chop the garlic with a knife.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the bone. Peel each half and slice. It is important to clean avocados in exactly that sequence. After all, avocados contain essential oils and after peeling the fruit becomes slippery. When you cut it in half, you can cut it.
In a blender bowl, combine the avocado, mayonnaise, garlic, zest and lemon juice. Salt everything. Whisk in a blender until tender, viscous, smooth. The paste should keep its shape and not spread. If you wish, you can add spices to your liking.
Brush the baguette slices with avocado paste.
Top with the shrimp.
Supplement the bruschettes with sliced thin rings of chilli, if desired. Since my family does not like spicy, I supplemented the bruschettes with cherry tomato cut into wedges for color. Garnish the bruschettes with fresh greens and serve. Enjoy your meal!
