How to make a chicken burger? Prepare the necessary ingredients. I advise you to cook chicken minced meat yourself by grinding chicken fillet pieces in a blender or in a meat grinder. Separate the lettuce leaves from the stem, wash and shake off the water.
Cut the burger buns in half lengthways. The buns can be used from wheat flour or rye-wheat, with or without sesame sprinkles. I have small buns in diameter and weighing 65g each. If you have large buns (100 g each), then this amount of mince will last for 3-4 burgers.
Wash the tomato and cut into not very thick circles.
Peel the bulb and cut into thin rings.
Shake the cucumber off the brine and also cut into circles.
Salt the minced chicken, pepper and knead thoroughly with your hands. Divide the minced meat into 5 equal parts and form 5 round identical cutlets. It is advisable to make cutlets not very thick so that the total height of the burger is convenient to eat.
Roll the cutlets on both sides in breadcrumbs.
Then fry in vegetable oil on both sides until tender and golden crust appears. It should be borne in mind that during frying, cutlets shrink slightly in size and compact, so it is better to initially form it a little more than the diameter of the bun.
Pack the burgers. Place 1-2 leaves of salad on the bottom of the burger rolls. Place the red onion rings on top. Place the chicken patty on the onion. Spread the circles of tomatoes and pickled cucumbers on top. Cover everything with another lettuce leaf and the top half of the bun.
Homemade chicken burgers are ready. Enjoy your meal!
