Lamb with vegetables and rice

1. Wash the lamb and cut into medium pieces, choosing the wiry parts.
2. Wash all vegetables. Peel the onions and carrots, remove the seeds from the bell pepper. Cut carrots and zucchini into cubes, pepper into straws.
3. Rinse the rice in cold water and go through it.
4. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in Kazan and lay out the meat. Salt, pepper, add dried herbs. Stir-fry for 15 minutes.
5. Add rice and a whole onion to the meat, pour 2 a glass of water, cover and simmer for another 20 minutes.
6. Add vegetables to meat and rice, mix, add additional salt and add water if necessary. Cover and simmer for a further 30 minutes. 5 minutes before you are ready to add laurel leaves.
7. Sauce. Wash the cilantro and finely chop it. Combine sour cream with chopped greens and mix.
8. Serve the lamb hot, watering with sour cream sauce.
