Eggs - 2 pcs., Tomato juice - 1 pack., Milk - 1 pack., Wheat whole grain flour - 1 pack., Sugar - 1 tea, Vegetable oil - 1 table., Chicken eggs - 1 pack., Hard cheese - 150 g, Cod liver - 230 g
Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, sugar, beat. Pour in the tomato juice, add the flour and beat until the lumps dissolve. Then pour in the warm milk, add the vegetable oil and mix well. Fry pancakes on both sides.
Mash the cod liver with the butter (I drained half) with a fork, add the cheese and eggs grated on a fine grater, mix. Put the filling in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. For pancakes, trim the edges to make squares. Put on a plate, apply the filling to the surface.
Roll up with rolls. Cut the rolls into 3cm-thick pieces. Lay on lettuce leaves and serve to the table! Good appetite!
