We prepare pancakes on mayonnaise - a link in the description under the steps. The recipe is very simple, you will definitely not have difficulties with it.
Next, we prepare products according to the list - this is all we need to fill pancakes, which we will subsequently turn into rolls. We will need boiled potatoes. Clean it and boil it in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes. You can cut it into 2-3 parts, then it will weld faster. We give the finished potatoes time to cool down.
We prepare the filling. Combine curd cheese with mustard in a deep bowl.
Mix. Boiled potatoes to three on a fine grater. We cut the fish with thin strips.
