How to make fritters on kefir with green onions and eggs? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Boil the two eggs beforehand in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen.
To make the dough, combine the kefir with the soda.
Add the egg, sugar and salt. Mix everything.
Then gradually introduce the sifted flour. You don't need to pour out all the flour at once. In the amount of flour, navigate the desired consistency of the dough. The thicker the dough, the thicker the ready-made fritters will be.
Peel the boiled eggs from the shell and chop with a knife. Rinse the spring onions and finely chop.
Add the crushed onions and eggs to the bowl to the dough and mix everything together. The finished batter on the fritters turns out to be quite thick. It is from the thick dough that magnificent fritters will be obtained.
