Pancake bear
8 servings1 hour
Chicken eggs - 1 pc., Milk - 300 ml, Wheat whole grain flour - 200 gr, Butter - 40 gr, Baking soda - 0.2 tsp, Sugar - 0.5 tbsp, Salt - to taste, Chocolate - 25 gr, Sunflower seeds - 5 gr, Marmalade - 20 gr, Vinegar - to taste, Mint - to taste, Sugar powder - to taste

Break the eggs, separating the yolks from the proteins. Put the container with proteins in the refrigerator. Rub the yolks with salt and sugar. Then pour in the milk. Add wheat flour. Beat all the ingredients with a mixer. Melt the butter over low heat. Pour the warmed butter into the dough, add the soda slaked with vinegar and whisk again. Get the protein container out of the refrigerator. Beat the whites into strong foam, transfer to a container with dough and gently mix.

Heat the pan, melt a piece of butter on it (only for the first pancake). When the pan is well enough heated, start roasting pancakes (parts for a bear cub). For one serving of pancake bear, you need to fry two small round pancakes, three small mugs (ears and tail), four oblong small ovals (legs of a bear).

When all parts of cubs are fried, take plates (it is better to take plates of plain color), on each of which lay out parts of bears (faces, torso, legs, ears and tails) and collect cubs from them.

Melt pieces of chocolate on a steam bath. Using sunflower seeds (in chocolate glaze), make eyes for cubs. Using melted chocolate and toothpick, decorate the faces.

Put mint leaves on plates, garnish with raspberry and blackberry marmalade, sprinkle powdered sugar over berries and mint leaves on top. The pancake dough recipe is classic (only the amount of flour is more), so completely different additives can be served to them, for example, condensed milk, sour cream or jam. In the summer season, it is better to use fresh berries when preparing a dish.
