How to make red pancakes? Prepare the right ingredients. Pre-boil the beetroot and squeeze the juice out of it. Or you can take finished beets in vacuum packaging (sold in Pyaterochka). Do not take any store juices - they can be very salty.
Melt butter in any way convenient for you: on the stove, in the microwave.
In a separate bowl, stir the eggs with the sugar and salt until combined.
Pour milk to the eggs.
Then add the beetroot juice. Stir the mixture with a whisk until smooth.
Pour vegetable and melted butter into the egg mixture. Stir.
Sift the flour through a sieve and add parts to the dough. Keep an eye on its consistency - you may have more or less flour than me.
You should get a homogeneous batter without lumps.
