Red caviar pancakes
8 servings1 hour
Red caviar - 200 g, Wheat flour - 200 g, Eggs - 2 pcs., Milk - 1 l, Sugar - 60 g, Sunflower oil - 40 ml, Salt - 0.5 tea liters.
How to make pancakes with red caviar? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Ask for flour in advance so that it is saturated with oxygen. Thanks to this, ready-made pancakes will turn out to be more delicate. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: sifted flour, sugar and salt.
Drive the eggs into a bowl, pour in the milk and whisk the mixture thoroughly with a mixer. A blender submersible nozzle can be used. So the dough will be even better enriched with oxygen, and the pancakes will result in more openwork.
Add the sunflower oil to the dough and stir the dough again with a mixer. Oil is necessary so that pancakes do not burn and are easier to remove from the pan.
Heat the pan well over a high heat and brush with a little sunflower oil. You can not lubricate the frying pan at all, if you are one hundred percent sure of its non-stick properties.
Reduce the fire to medium. Pour a small half of the dough into the pan. I use a multicooker ladle. In a circular motion, line the dough layer, forming an even pancake. Fry the pancake for about a minute.
Turn the pancake to the other side and fry for about half a minute until brown. Remove the pancake from the pan and transfer to a plate. Fire pancakes from the whole dough in the same way. Grease the pan with vegetable oil if necessary.
After the pancakes cool a little, you can start decorating the filling. To do this, put the caviar in the center of each pancake in the desired amount. I put a teaspoon each with a slide.
Fold the pancake in half.
Then fold the pancake again in half. You get a mouth-watering triangle. Pancakes on a serving platter are also garnished with red caviar. Enjoy your meal!
