Then pour the prepared kefir into the bowl. Mix.
Pour in the sifted flour and soda. Knead the smooth dough with no clumps of flour. For convenience, you can use the mixer. He copes perfectly with lumps of flour.
Heat the milk separately until hot. Then pour in the hot milk and add the vegetable oil. Still mix well once again.
The finished pancake dough is quite liquid. You can slightly edit the consistency of the dough with flour or milk. But for making pancakes with holes, the dough must be liquid.
Preheat the pancake pan to a very hot state. Before the first pancake, brush it with vegetable oil a little. Pour the dough into a very thin layer. It immediately begins to turn into holes. Such pancakes are prepared quickly, literally 20-30 seconds on each side.
