Tsarsky yeast pancakes

Put warm milk stew,
1. 5 cups sifted flour and crumbled fresh yeast. When the opara rises, add 3 whipped yolks, rubbed with butter. It's good to stir everything up. Gradually pour in the remaining flour, salt, sugar, stir again and put in a warm place for 45 minutes. You can put dishes with dough in a large saucepan or bowl with warm, almost hot water. When the dough rises well, combine the whipped proteins with the whipped cream. Introduce this mixture into the dough, stirring gently from top to bottom, and after 10-15 minutes, allowing to rise slightly, bake the pancakes. Bake lush pancakes. Serve hot with sour cream or honey. And best of all with red caviar.
