Belarusian sorcerers are potato pancakes (draniks) with meat stuffing. At the same time, there is a type of dumplings called sorcerers, the recipe for which differs from the recipe for dumplings and dumplings in that the sorcerers are smaller in size. The better the minced meat, the more delicious the sorcerers will be. Dough recipe - as well as for dumplings. The dough should be rolled out just as thinly.
