Sausage "vegetarian"

Boil
1. 5 kg of peeled potatoes in salted water, strain, wipe, mix with 4 beaten eggs, 8 teaspoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of melted oil and 2 tablespoons of chopped onions browned in oil. Boil and finely chop 50g dried mushrooms, mix with potatoes. Roll this mixture in an oblong layer, about 15 cm wide (on a board sprinkled with flour). Arrange 5 steeply boiled eggs close to each other along the middle of the formation (in length). Close the eggs with the side parts of the potato layer, imitating thick sausage. Roll in flour, fry blush in boiling oil. Serving, garnish with flat laid out one after another along the middle of the sausage with sprigs of fresh parsley. Cut with slices obliquely. Serve a green salad with dressing.
