Vegetarian
Recipes for vegetarian cuisine combine not only traditionally vegetarian dishes of different cuisines of the world, but also adapted versions of non-vegetarian food. Like vegetarianism in general, vegetarian cuisine in its composition has several of its varieties. A common distinctive feature of this cuisine is primarily the absence of products that have undergone the killing process (meat, poultry, fish), but depending on the type of vegetarianism, some dishes may contain eggs, honey and dairy products. But the stricter vegan cuisine denies absolutely all products that are of animal origin.
Many supporters of vegetarianism, denying themselves killer food, significantly expand their diet at the expense of rather rare or rare products. That is why vegetarian cuisine is characterized by a variety of plant products.
Among the most common products that are used, as a rule, by all vegetarians, can be attributed to all cereals and legumes, as well as products from them. In addition, vegetables (including salting and fermentation), fruits and dried fruits are an integral part of the vegetarian diet. They do not refuse to present themselves in this kitchen and in seeds, nuts, all types of mushrooms and seasonings. As cooking fat, exclusively vegetable oils are used, regardless of the raw materials.
Interestingly, almost all drinks with rare exceptions are vegetarian, moreover, the bulk of them are exclusively vegan. For example, animal products that are prohibited to vegetarians may be used in the cleaning process of certain alcoholic beverages. Among such drinks are some varieties of wine and British brands of beer.
Some popular dishes of vegetarian cuisine, which are common in different countries of the world, are most bakery products (lavashi, pitas, bhaturas, pretzels, straws, drying, chiabatta), porridge, numerous salads made of vegetables and fruits. Quite often they prepare vegetable stew, stuffed vegetables, dishes of their potatoes under various sauces.
Vegetarians and soups love: for example, lean borscht, Gaspacho or Miso soup. A variety of additives to the first dishes can be some types of galettes, crackers, chips or crackers.
Like supporters of animal products, representatives of vegetarian cuisine are not indifferent to sweets, since its range is simply huge. Often, some types of cakes and pastries, cookies, chocolate, sweets, marmalade and other (including oriental) sweets - halva, onion, churchhelu and many others are served as dessert.
Vegetarian recipes vary depending on the country of origin of the dish. For example, Slavic cuisine is characterized by vegetarian soups, pies, cereals, pickles and fermentation, baked fruits and vegetables, dumplings, dumplings filled with mushrooms, potatoes and various cereals.
The vegetarian population of Latin America prefers "Burrito" with rice and beans, as well as "Guacamole" and "Salsa" with chips.
Italian cuisine is mainly represented by spaghetti and other pasta with a variety of sauces. Quite often prepare "Polenta, " "Nyokki, " "Risotto, " "Lazagni" and "Ravioli. "
In the Middle East, vegetarians favor such national dishes as "Kus-kus" (based on semolina from hard wheat), "Falafel" (fried chickpea balls) and "Hummus" (a snack made with chickpea puree).
