When we hear the word internationalism, associations spontaneously arise in our heads with something global, world, universal.

In everyday life or literature, they use the word international when they want to say about objects or phenomena that are found in cultures among all the peoples of the world.

There is even an international style in architecture, in lifestyle (the concept of man-world) and of course in food. What is international cuisine and with what, more precisely, what is eaten in it? If you think that there are certain recipes for international cuisine, you are forced to upset you. You are deeply mistaken.

International dishes are all the most popular or vice versa exclusive and not widespread dishes of different peoples of the world. If you choose a restaurant for a regular dinner or an important event, the menu of which presents dishes based on international recipes, then you get a huge choice.

Often good restaurants of international cuisine offer their customers to taste exotic dishes of Asia, masterpieces of the European culinary tradition and dishes of Russian cuisine familiar to everyone. A wide range of international cuisine allows you to plunge into culinary traditions and preferences of different peoples of the world in one meal.

You can start with Japanese miso soup or good old Slavic chilli, taste Caesar salad, continue your meal with chicken julien, and order teramisu or waffles with vanilla ice cream for dessert. A bright taste cocktail of dishes prepared according to international recipes will not leave you indifferent.

Agree, because how great it is to be able to choose exactly the dish that you like. Often the choice of restaurant is complicated by the fact that people do not always like the same cuisine.

Someone loves pizza, and someone steaks with blood or Thai cuisine. To please everyone, go to a place where they cook according to international recipes. Learning how to cook international food is incredibly easy. You can start with simple dishes and gradually achieve perfection in the preparation of recognized masterpieces of world cuisine.

Although, all hostesses from the countries of the former USSR can consider themselves already pros in the preparation of international cuisine. In our diet, Ukrainian borscht, Belarusian drunks, Russian pancakes with caviar, and tobacco chicken with khachapuri, which are from Georgia, Armenian lamb Tolma, baked in grape leaves, have stayed and are getting along perfectly well.

For dessert, we eat Abkhaz halva and Azerbaijani baklava, and drink all this splendor and variety with Moldovan wine. So much for international cuisine in action.
